Planned a Master Run for our new member. Bryans BDay Run. Good times. :). And Molly joined!! She did so awesome! She was a huge grin from ear to ear. Kept up no problem. She was a bit concerned that the Capitol Loop was breaking the law, but I encouraged her to live a little. Donuts and festivities at The Lark post run.

So I am trying new shoes. Plantar Plate Tear is the newest fun issue. Orthotics are in the making.
