HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the dads!!

Good run today, which actually felt a lot better than the 20 miler last Sunday AND the 16 miler 2 weeks ago! I'm sure the more pleasant weather had something to do with it. I hope also that I'm becoming more heat acclimated. I keep thinking of Berlin in September and the 9:15 start--I want to be ready for it.

Song of the day: "Another Day of Sun" by the "La La Land" cast. After seeing the movie twice in the theatre, I did not rent it, or stream it, or even buy the DVD. I bought the Blu Ray because it had the most bonus materials! This opening song sets the tone for the movie and is stunning musically and visually.
