Special guest to our Friday Fare today. Pete is in town for business, and joined our run. I was pretty proud to show off my Capitol Loop. Great to catch up with him over run and coffee. And all the rest of the guys.

Swim meet allllllll weekend. I'll miss today because of work, but keeping posted on how chilly the girls are. As soon as I stepped outside this morning, my first thought was not of my girls in the water, it was--I'm sure Carl is much happier today. :)
