Very happy with this one because I gave a moderate effort, and even if the course happened to be short (no indication that it was) I still ran a good time with the effort I gave. Lunges that I started doing may be helping.

MoPac trail after doing a warmup with Boys Town xc team and visiting a couple recruits. Two technical watch failures but was pretty well locked into 8 min. pace so I think this is close. Tired over the finish but not falling apart. Lower back sore again as it usually is at the end of a long run.
