Appt at 630 with Heidi for Strength. So I just decided to run there are back. Pretty rickety and sore, but I really think I was smiling the whole way. I'm so happy with how the weekend went. And I relived every moment to poor Heidi, who is so sweet. She just grinned and was so very proud.

Now, my one and only goal is for my girl. Matt and I are pacing the 155 group at the Halfsy. I know without a doubt that she can do it, but if I have to hoist her 5'10" body on my back, I will. Leave that 2:00:01 from last year on the cutting room floor. Ugh. Awful. Can't wait!!! :D
