Miles 6-8 at 7:15. Hard but good. I need more sleep next week, that's for sure. Last week we set Bloomfield high school history when my girls cross country team got district champs. Today we leave for Kearney. Can't wait to watch them run tomorrow. Working through so many injuries, each girl pushing through her pain and discomfort for the sake of her team, a girl who didn't think she could run 3 miles at the start of the season and who is now one of our faster runners, the positive attitudes they've maintained, and bringing two rivaling communities together in a co-op sport - THIS is what I love.
