My 235 suddenly started draining battery quickly. Seems like the HR sensor is staying on all the time instead of randomly sampling. The interweb suggests its probably a hardware issue. I thought I'd try a factory reset. Doesn't seem to have worked but it did tell me I ran my fastest mile, fastest 5K, longest run and got a best VO2 max reading after my run today.

Just kidding; it's the test run (pun!) of my new watch.

Carl, a new watch? Why?

Well, baby bear, I'll tell you. You see, old Carl here, somehow lost his Forerunner 220 yesterday. He either straight left it, in the bottom of the locker @ Blue Moon, or it somehow fell out and is disappeared. Odds are the aforementioned; which means someone looked @ that watch, and sing songed, "Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers".

Early, early Christmas present; a new watch, the Garmin Forerunner 735XT. Could have gone 235, I'm sure, but, hey, what the hell. Like Ned Ryerson says, "It's all one big crapshoot anywho!".
