I had no intention of doing the workout. I was just going to run loops around the track. Then I saw Harvey run by about 50 meters into his first 800 and I decided to tag along. I ran 4 with Harvey and then 2 solo. Good to get the legs moving.

With BetZe and CoachGoz, three times around Theresa's favorite loop and 1.5 times around the Regency Park Raceway; NW wind felt more WN.

Power outage around 5:50 or so, 90th street got super dark, couldn't see the sidewalk dark! Blinded by the light(s of the oncoming cars) we were.

Can't wait to hear what Jackie Freeman thinks of Justice League tomorrow, said she had tickets to the 7:00 pm 2D screening @ Yankton's AMC; exciting!
