Mixed it up this Friday since we did our Lark run for the Birthday Boy. Started at Dunkin Donuts with Carolyn, Linda, and Travis Green. I really enjoy running with Travis. He�s like Volk and me. Good running partner. :). Anyhow, good hills with good peeps. And then coffee!

Hardly slept much these last few days. Busy on the home front. And last night I just stood in my kitchen. Gazing at my counters. I don�t wanna brag, but I�m super proud. :))
