Crazy 30 mph wind made it a good morning to watch The Crown on Netflix while on the mill. I've decided that's what my Christmas break will consist of. Running, Netflix, oh and reading. I'm about ten books behind my total books I read last year, I have some catching up to do!
  • BetzE BetzE I have 4 books sitting on my bedside table just waiting for me to finish this crazy packing. I can't wait to sit and read :). I do love the Crown, though!

Five star morning with five star Carl! Nice to chat with him on holidays, races, Star Wars, politics, family, etc. Hoping that this milder weather continues so I am not in complete treadmill morning hibernation and can run with him and others.

Song of the day: "Sole Survivor" by Asia. Progressive rock meets arena rock meets commercial success...without selling out, in my humble opinion. The original band were heavy hitting veterans of King Crimson, Yes and E.L.P. Vocalist/bassist/songwriter John Wetton had a controversial one album stint with Wishbone Ash just prior to Asia's 1st album. Don't have the hour or so to go into the controversy here, but would be glad to talk about it on a run!
