Lots of heavy metal and button pushing for faster on the mill today before work. Work woes got me with a knot in my stomach. And some Metallica is the sure cure.

I�m missing Gracie�s last day of All Stars. Yesterday, she dropped some serious time. 6.5 seconds off her 100IM. That�s like taking a minute off your mile time, for you runners. She finished third behind two little chicks from Colorado. Big sis had to stay home in Lincoln for practice, but texted a �wow, that�s great, she�s fast and I�m really proud of her�. Ahh, my heart.

Happy Sunday. Lord give me strength to handle my job. And the people at it.
