Got myself another sponsored entry to a race; awesome!

What a laughably bad "performance". CJS Racing Special: started WAY too fast (especially in the nonsensical heat & humidity), which drained me ... fast. Totally gassed by the 5k mark, took everything I had to not throw in the towel. Ran/Walk from there on in.

Watch showed 6.33 @ 52:13; official was 52:11.

Ivan Marsh took M4044 #1, NDORFNZ Alum Todd "Fuel" Fuelberth took #2 in our AG (had on a very old school kit @ that).

Felt terrible. It was hot and humid but I don't think that was the whole story. Felt good for about a mile but by the halfway point I was ready to walk. Managed to keep moving until the water stop between 4 and 5. There I walked for a good quarter mile before jogging in slowly.
