Had to work early, so I needed to start early. Im really tired of not being able to run. Over it, in fact. So I told the group I would leave early and run to Shopko...meet them there and they would run me home. So thats what we did. I got some new shoes....went back to some old standbys, but a new pair I somehow found online. Anyhoo, my hip was tolerable. And toe was really good. Met Matt, Greg, and DowntownLB. Longest run in a really long time. Im very very happy. Really loved every single, sweat covered minute.
