Relay races in the rain for conditioning this morning. Had 11 kids show up so coach Freeman got to be on a team. Happy to say that I could hang with them, even as I was gasping for air after each 200. My team didn't even get last lol. 12 of those followed by a mile cool down and abs. As much as I dislike 200s, I still loved this workout. Good company and a good challenge. And my leg felt great!
