Activity	Stats
Running - Ralston/Omaha/LaVista Weather: 39	8 miles 01:04:24 (8:03 min/mile)

With 4 mile tempo run in the middle. Predictably rusty, but not ridiculously so.

Song of the day: "High Horse" by Graham Parker. As in when you say to snobby folks: "get off your high horse". Graham was one of the few shows I saw at the old Knickerbockers in Lincoln.

Dan And, despite not being a baseball/sports fan, I say this with all my heart: GO RED SOX!!

carljsamuelson ^ever since the New England Cheaters did what they did, I have a really, really hard time getting behind any Boston sports teams. and I used to LOVE the Celtics.

carljsamuelson I miss Knickerbocker's. Not as much as Ranch Bowl; but, yeah...
