Streets were a lot clearer this morning, so that was good. 7 miles of running with Theresa. I've been walking the first mile before I meet Theresa - it's pretty chilly, but I think it helps me :).

Ellipiticalled it today. Felt pretty darn good. My foot may be feeling slightly better....??? Who knows. Anyway, I had my furthest distance in an hour on the elliptical!! so...there's that!!

Now at work, and then a week off. Headed West...Matt's aunt turns 80. Surprise party in Denver. I just love the mountains so very much.

HIIT workout afterwards leaves me with trembling muscles. :)

a deer in northern Minnesota saw its reflection and barged through a lower level window into the basement. Panicked it leaped onto the washer and dryer, over to the pool table and elsewhere. The couple was home at the time and called 911. Finally, 30 minutes later, two DNR agents were able to contain it with a rug and released it outside much to the deer's elation. Only in the woods... and at least it wasn't a SKUNK! :))

PS... Regrettably, it appears the deer got away before paying for the damages.
