Took Michells Spin class first....then to chads for the Alter G. Switched up my shoes , which seemed to help. He�s been dry needling the heck out of my calves. Son of a.... that hurts. Anyway, I love this machine. I could run all day on it. He stopped me at 45, I snuck in two more minutes.

Sad days at my house. Molly has mono. Finals next week. Swim season looks pretty much a mountain unclimbable. The support she�s gotten is amazing. My poor baby. Stopped running to focus on swim...and now this. And Gracie�s X-ray yesterday was less than perfect. Three more weeks on the bench, then another X-ray. Her face was so crestfallen. You know... I would take mono and broken collarbones ten times over instead of it happening to my girls. My heart just hurts for them both. Ugh. I wanna punch something.

Happy Humpday. I�m home with my girl today.
