yesterdays run seemed to cause a tiny relapse in this darn cold. but it does seem to be on its way out.

Definitely felt the 2nd set of three 800's more, no surprise there. I continue to look forward to the Miami Marathon...warmth, palm trees, one of my fave cities and one of my fave races.
