Emotional day yesterday seeing my old college roommate. Made me really think about why I ever let myself lose track of him for years and then he moved to England before we re-connected on Facebook. I took yesterday off due to cranky calves...abundance of caution again. They were fine this morning and I kept the run short and easy.

Song of the day: "Star Wars Main Theme" by John Williams. Majestic, strong and heroic; and it takes me back to my 4th grade self in 1977 and seeing the original Star Wars with my sister at the old Cinema Center!
