Walk a half, run a half times two. Saw the bobcat that has been raising hell, we stared each other down and he won.

I'm hoping for Christmas magic and waking soon to Mollak elves. Linda and I are in the middle of kitchen demo/reno. Dishes in the bathtub, cooking on the wood burning stove, one step closer to pioneer life as I slowly figure these things.

Motivation is lacking big time - and so is sleep. Nerves in my arms and legs are on fire. I was twitching all night and the sheets were really irritating to touch. It isn't shingles - just the usual old nerve crap I deal with, just more intense. Not taking more pills - not going through life drugged up. Just dealing with it.

Theresa, Dave, Justin and me this morning. Great to see everyone.
After yesterday's Christmas light grinch stealer and my mom's car accident (she is OK and so are the others involved, so that's great), I am hoping for a less exciting day today! My best friend from college is coming to see me and staying here tonight - can't wait to see her.
Have a great Friday everyone!

Shake off the travel day run. Started way too fast, but then kept hearing that voice saying don't be muy stupido and get hurt while running on vacation. Got lost trying to run to the gym. So a golf cart with the nicest boy dropped me at the door. Good run. Then felt like a bit of a princess and took an escorted golf cart back to my room. :) Hey, it's vacation.

So gorgeous here. Headin to the pool.

  • Dan Dan Sounds like a wonderful vacation! Enjoy the princess treatment!

I can only give "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" my highest recommendation! As soon as it was done last night, I was ready to watch it again. After all these years, director J.J. Abrams is truly the 'droid you were looking for.

I've spent the last two weeks focusing only on my basement finish. I stopped running to get all the work I had to do taken care of before the holidays. Finally got to get back with the Westside crew this morning. It was the perfect day to meet since we won't see each other again for another couple of weeks. Looking forward to relaxing with my family and building back up in mileage again now that things should calm down around home.
