I think I ran a total of 4 miles while in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The beach was not an easy beach to run on, and I did not want to venture into the neighborhoods yet, so I just ran on the treadmill and did weights for a couple of days. My body needed a break from running anyway!

A combination of running all the hills in Westside, and spending last night putting together some Christmas gifts, had me just drained.

Unfortunately, my voracious appetite for Christmas goodies didn't get that fax. Oh well. Not dead, must be stronger. ;)

Post vacation letdown time....Girls and I still wondering why we couldn't have just stayed in Mexico, like.......forever. We sure were packed for it!

Back to the pool. Felt nice and relaxed, so I did a few extra.

This weather stinks. Have a super Wednesday.
