Lame snow storm just covered up the crappy footing. Combine that with not feeling great and a very easy pace. Whatever. On the upside found out that my reflexes and balance are still pretty sharp

Easy walk around the ranch. A heads up to anyone that might have contributed to the Lake Zorinsky Security Camera Fund! Started almost three years ago, the initiative has sadly ceased. Just too hard with me no longer living in Omaha. If you donated you have a couple of options, #1 send me an email (runguru@cox.net),or #2, you can roll the tax deductible donation to Nebraska Run Guru Elite, Inc. tax identification #47-4966239. A bummer, we could have had safety and security for future generations as the program's legacy.

Me, Matt, Bryan, Carolyn, and Greg on our pre-Storm Of The Day/Week/Century/HistoryofMankind run. Didn't feel as bad as yesterday, but let's not lie, it's cold as crap. And yes, I'm still dogging it. The tide will hopefully turn. Just have to ride it out. Just finished our run when the flakes started falling. Fun stuff.

Have a great Monday. Here's to survival!! Good luck to you all!
