Well I put out the 430am batgirl call sign, and ....... crickets. Apparently all the fast kids insisted on having an extra hour of sleep to run, well.....fast. I guess this explains some of my own running roadblocks. So it was a solo train up and down 70th for me. Felt ok. Planned my fun weekend ahead.

Was thinking while on this run that I've been at this distance running thing for going on 39 years. Shorter than some, longer than most. I'm thankful that I can still get out there and shuffle around on my feet. It helped ease the pain running down my spine today - about a 5 on a scale of 1-10 for some reason. Life is good - keep on running.
