Went to a PT today. Some e-stim, ultrasound, and exercises. Luckily we have an e-stim & ultrasound machine at work so I can get that for free going forward.

No chance to swim today so I dusted off the spin bike. Even though I bought lights for my road bike it just felt too dark with all the cloud cover.
